Processing & Lead Times
All our hardwood furniture is handcrafted with care. Once your item is completed, it will be prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. If your order is in stock, it will typically ship within 7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer several shipping methods to ensure your furniture arrives safely:

Standard Freight Delivery: Our standard shipping includes curbside delivery via a freight carrier. This means the driver will deliver your item to the nearest accessible location, such as a driveway or curb. You will be responsible for bringing the item inside.

White Glove Delivery: For an additional fee, we offer white glove service, which includes in-home delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. This service is highly recommended for larger furniture pieces.

Local Pickup: If you are near our workshop, you may arrange to pick up your order directly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. For oversized or custom orders, we will provide a separate shipping quote. Please contact us for any special delivery requests.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order ships, delivery times typically range from 5-14 business days within the continental U.S. Remote locations or international orders may require additional time. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Damages & Claims
We take great care in packaging your furniture for safe transit. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please document the damage immediately with photos and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. For freight deliveries, please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is noted, write it on the receipt and refuse the delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our warranty and damage policy for further details.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping on select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. International shipments may require additional processing time.
